Software license

By downloading or using AstroPearls software products, you agree to this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement").

  1. AstroPearls (the "Vendor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded applications (the "Software").
  2. "Software" includes the executable programs, any related printed, electronic and online documentation, and any other files that accompany the product.
  3. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights in the Software, including its look and feel, remain exclusively with the Vendor. This Agreement is a license to use the Software, not a transfer of ownership.
  4. The Software may be installed on no more than one computer. You may make a single copy for backup purposes only.
  5. The rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal to the licensee and may not be transferred or assigned. You may not make the Software available for use by third parties.
  6. The Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered or decompiled in any manner.
  7. Using a trial version of the Software after its trial period ends without purchasing a license violates this Agreement.
  8. Failure to comply with these terms is a violation of this Agreement.

Individual products may include their own license terms. Where they differ, the product's terms apply.

Disclaimer

The Software and any accompanying materials are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Software may not be free from defects or meet all of your needs. In no event will AstroPearls be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or anticipated profits, arising from the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Purchases and support

Where a free trial is offered, we encourage you to try a product before buying it. Purchases are final; if you run into a problem after purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Feedback and ideas

We welcome feedback and ideas. By sharing ideas with AstroPearls, you agree that AstroPearls may use them to improve existing products or create new ones without obligation to you.

Website privacy

This website does not use cookies, analytics or forms, and does not ask for personal information. If you email us, we use your message and address only to respond to you.
